ClariS, who was the theme song artist, made a video appearance at the anniversary event commemorating the 10th anniversary of the TV anime “Puella Magi Madoka Magica”. For the first time as an event, he performed a live performance with his own face.

“ClariS” is a duo idol unit of Clara and Karen. In 2010, Clara and Alice made their major debut as an active junior high school student unit. Alice graduated from the unit in 2014 after being in charge of theme songs such as “My sister can’t be this cute” and “Puella Magi Madoka Magica”. In the same year, Karen joined and started working as a new “ClariS”.

ClariS celebrated its 10th anniversary on October 20, 2020. At the live broadcast on the same day, the true face was revealed to the media for the first time, and it attracted a great deal of attention. In addition, the best albums released the next day, ClariS 10th Anniversary BEST “Pink Moon” and “Green Star”, were in the Top 10 of the Oricon Weekly Ranking at the same time.

Such ClariS will make a VTR appearance at the “Puella Magi Madoka Magica” Anniversary Stage held today on April 25th (Sunday), and will perform for the first time as an event with a real face.

This event was held by Chofu City Green Hall to commemorate the 10th anniversary of the broadcast of the TV anime “Puella Magi Madoka Magica”. ClariS, the anniversary year, has become a form of adding flowers by singing the theme songs of the work, “Connect”, “Luminous”, and “Colorful”.
