“Looking for a witch apprentice” will be broadcast for the first time on TV on December 31st.

Theatrical animation released to commemorate the 20th anniversary of the “Oja Witch Doremi” series

Theatrical animation “Looking for a Witch Apprentice” will be broadcast for the first time on NHK E-Television from 4:30 pm on December 31st.
This work was produced with the concept of a magical story for adults in commemoration of the 20th anniversary of the “Oja Witch Doremi” series, and was released in theaters in November 2020. While Sora (CV: Aoi Morikawa), a university student who wants to be a teacher, Mille (Rena Matsui), a returnee child’s office worker, and Reika (Kanako Momota), a part-time worker, travel together to a place related to “Doremi”. I will discover each important thing that I have forgotten as an adult.
Directed by Junichi Sato and Yu Kamaya, the script is written by Midori Kuriyama (Takashi Yamada), and regular voice actors from “Oja Witch Doremi” also appear.

Synopsis
“Hey, what do you want to be when you grow up?” Sora Nagase, a college student who wants to be a teacher but loses her self-confidence and is confused about her career path. Mille Yoshitsuki, an office worker of a returnee child who struggles to get used to her workplace even though she got the job she wanted. Reika Kawatani, a freeter who is swayed by her bad boyfriend, even though she saves her school expenses for her dream. Three people with different ages, personalities, places of residence, and everything. What’s more, I can’t see the future that each of them envisions, and I’m wondering about my life! It was “Oja Witch Doremi” that brought these girls together! ?? MAHO-do, where witch apprentices once gathered-In the wake of a fateful encounter at a Western-style building in Kamakura, the three of them set out on a journey around the land associated with “Oja Witch Doremi” with Hida Takayama, Kyoto, and Nara! The three of them laughed, cried, supported each other, and spent an irreplaceable time, and realized again that Doremi and his friends were always there. Then, the witch apprentices pushed her back, and before she stepped forward, a wonderful world spread out.
