The second key visual of the TV anime “The Irregular at Magic High School”, which will start broadcasting on Saturday, July 3, 2021, has been released. At the same time, additional staff & cast information was also released.
The legendary school magic “The Irregular at Magic High School” by Tsutomu Sato, the original, and Kana Ishida, the illustration, has exceeded 20 million copies in the series (12 million copies in the original novel series). Set in a world where magic has been established as a technology, this popular work depicts the turbulent days of Tatsuya Shiba, Miyuki brothers and sisters, and their friends who attend the so-called “Magic High School”. In June 2017, the anime movie “The Irregular at Magic High School: The Girl Who Calls the Stars” was released based on the story written by the original author, Mr. Sajima. The second season of the TV anime “The Irregular at Magic High School Visitors Edition” was broadcast in October 2020.
As a project to commemorate the 10th anniversary of the “Magic Department” series, it has been decided that “The Irregular at Magic High School” will be made into a TV animation in 2021, and a teaser visual and a special news commercial have been released.
